Scheduled an interview with their recruiters at my university.

It was a 45-minute in-person technical interview. The interviewer was nice and helped me with some syntactic mistakes. HR was really slow; I didn't hear back for a month.

Pros: Internal mobility is genuinely offered as a preference. I moved to a completely different team, from XO to Java. Great benefits: stock grants, company days off, parental leave, etc. Great work-life balance. Not against work from home (depends on the team).

Cons: Proprietary software XO feels like learning the basics again, but at a much slower pace than you'd like. Very slow development of simple features is due to XO.
