Process
It was a short phone call.
I found out that they use language Espresso, but it is not a language; it is just data configuration. Interesting for a mid-level database engineer, but not for a C/C++ developer.

Pros: Really good company, and they pay you above-average salary, with stock benefits, all kinds of gym subscriptions, and health benefits. Food is free for breakfast and lunch. Great teams; you can learn a lot. I work in a great team that specializes in a diverse tech stack.
Cons: I can't see any cons about the company, as per my experience.

Comfortable and Challenging Work, with Fantastic Benefits
Associate Software Development Engineer • Current Employee
Dublin, Dublin, Ireland
October 13, 2022
Pros: Internal mobility is genuinely offered as a preference. I moved to a completely different team, from XO to Java.
Great benefits: stock grants, company days off, parental leave, etc.
Great work-life balance.
Not against work from home (depends on the team).
Cons: Proprietary software XO feels like learning the basics again, but at a much slower pace than you'd like.
Very slow development of simple features is due to XO.

Good Pay, Underwhelming Projects
Associate Software Engineer • Former Employee

October 16, 2015
Pros: The benefits and pay are impressive for an intern.
Pleasanton is a fairly nice neighborhood to work in; you are near many amazing cities.
Cons: The projects don't feel as substantial as they could be. Sometimes, you feel like you aren't contributing as much as you could be.
