I don't work in the main office in Dublin, and due to the nature of my job, I don't have an option to work from home (always on-site from Monday to Friday).
No one on the team is allowed to come in late to work, even for ten minutes. If anyone is late, then we have to Slack the manager with an explanation.
My manager just keeps piling on the work without any let-up and is changing the priority of the projects on a whim.
The morale of the team is so low that no one here in my team enjoys their jobs anymore.
We don't have any social outings at all.
Please try and listen to your team. We are all overworked, and no one is happy. I spent forty hours with my team in a job that I don't like, and I'm miserable. It doesn't have to be this way.
