Cons: - Development methods are terrible.
- The functionality of the product is terrible, making development more stressful. This has led to lower customer subscriptions, which has had a knock-on effect on the stock price.
- The direction of the company is on a downward spiral, which is complimented by the company's stock price.
- Management does not listen.
- Management decision-making is terrible. It's slow, erratic, and makes no sense, causing development teams to work longer hours.
- Management blames teams for delays and issues, but it's the lack of leadership slowing development times and lowering team morale.
- Some colleagues are only staying because of the stock they have.
