Long and hard phone interviews, then two rounds of six people over three hours a day for two days straight. The process tested skills and included peer reviews. It was very difficult to get in.

There were three rounds of interviews. They seemed to want to know if I would be a good fit for the company culture. Everyone was very nice, and I was able to get an offer.
