Pros

Good people to work with; good culture (in theory).

Cons

They advised me when I was interviewed that I "would never be required to go into the office."

Two months later, they implemented a 50% minimum in-office policy, and when people weren't adhering to it, they started monitoring badge swipes. It felt very "big brothery" and like they didn't trust their employees at all.

Not to mention, two weeks after I started, I was abruptly moved to a completely different area that I did not interview with.

I left after 11 months.

Advice to Management

Check your business plans prior to advising people they can create new FTE's and/or fill positions. When you're actively hiring and staffing a new location and then proceed with doing mass layoffs less than 4 months later, it doesn't look great.
