Great place to work - if you land the right team
- Very smart people to work with.
- Interesting technologies and challenges (if you land the right team).
- Poor management. God help you if you land the wrong team.
- You may land some of the worst teammates you've ever had in your life.
- Horrible proprietary language that is absolutely non-transferable in terms of jobs.
- Not a lot of space for growth.
Don't just pay lip service to saying that the collaborators really matter; try and find a way to make them feel included, all the time.
