Graduate Operations Centre Engineer Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland

Process

The interview process was very thorough. Workday is really looking for the right person to join their teams, and this was clear from the very first phone screening right through to the interview with the VP of Operations. The process took a while, but when I was offered a position, I felt that the company had really invested in me as a candidate.

For the Graduate Operations Centre Engineer role, at least, there was no initial siphoning of candidates via competency tests or personality quizzes. It's nice to see that there are still companies that don't rely on algorithms to identify potential candidates; other companies should take a leaf from their book!

TIP: Know your CV inside out and don't put anything on it that you don't want to be asked about or can't explain.
