Chill out environment. Good salary (considering the stocks).
Management is selected purely based on social circles.
Same for promotions. Performance is not evaluated or considered.
Sites outside the US are considered colonies, which means you will have a heavier workload, less salary, fewer opportunities, and more importantly, zero respect (starting with the lack of respect for your time zone).
There is no clear role responsibility. There are a lot of middle layers interfering with all decisions, and no one who takes responsibility for the final call. I have seen projects run for years trying to define their goals, and then be placed on hold without any delivery.
No training or professional growth.
A lot of hypocrisy. They have many slogans, but they don’t live up to their values, starting from diversity and respect for people.
Please stop micromanaging and please define clear goals.
