The company had a great culture. I always looked forward to going to work and starting my work week. My workmates were all wonderful, and everyone supported one another in every way.
The culture drastically changed once new leadership came in. They brought along with them that terrible corporate mindset, and it truly just became a place where everyone was out for themselves. It started to feel as though your well-being didn't matter as much anymore. People started to focus on just getting ahead regardless of the cost.
