Toxic Culture and Poor Leadership—Would Not Recommend
Compensation and benefits are somewhat decent.
Extremely toxic work culture with favoritism and office politics.
Incompetent leadership that does not listen to employees.
Zero career growth unless you're part of the inner circle.
Work-life balance is a joke—constant pressure, unrealistic deadlines, and no real support.
Feedback is not welcome; questioning decisions can put you on the chopping block.
Innovation is stifled by excessive bureaucracy and indecisive management.
Completely overhaul leadership, remove toxic managers, and start valuing employees instead of treating them as expendable. Workday promotes a great culture externally, but internally, it’s the opposite—time to align words with actions.
