Culture going downhill fast since Carl became CEO
- Really nice and skilled people in some teams
- Workday culture is becoming more and more toxic
- Offshoring most of the jobs to India
- Cost cutting everywhere (data retention, RSU,salary, holiday parties, on-call payments and so many other areas...)
- For people considering joining workday: It used to be great, but right now avoid it at all cost...
Carl, maybe you should step down, consider it and make workday great again?
