Advice to Management

Workday technology is good, but I do not like its management or the way they treat partners. They do not listen to anyone; they are so arrogant, do not give proper examples, and provide no proper training. They are always in a hurry and do not have any criteria for employees failing or passing certifications.

If they want to fail you, they will fail you. They will not give you a proper reason why they failed you in certification; they will give you a silly reason.

So, according to me, they should stop playing with employees' sentiments and give a grade system like A, B, C. That's it. Good, not with %. Because people have already come to the IT industry after clearing so many exams.

If people have 5-10 years of IT experience and want to move into Workday technology, they should get certified. Otherwise, there is no backdoor to enter Workday technology. Why is that?

See, if Workday behaves like this, one day a downfall will come to Workday. Please treat employees well, not like an examiner. You are not a school or university; this is the IT industry.

If Workday thinks this technology is very sensitive, it will not grow in the IT industry. Maybe for the time being, it will grow, but not for long. For example, Oracle and SAP have been in the market for a long time because they are not cunning and provide good service; they have all the solutions.

Think about it, Workday Management, before failing anyone. Because I heard you failed whole batches of few companies. This is what we can call an arrogant nature; you people do not respect anyone.

For other skills, only knowledge is required, not certification. But in Workday, you should certify. Okay, we are accepting your terms, but we will not accept everything. This is the IT industry, not a school.

Please be careful before deciding or taking decisions.
