Too much paperwork gets in the way of projects. I wish the company would trust in full CI/CD. If my code is checked in, then there will be no further checks or paperwork to progress it in the pipeline.
The company is shifting toward accelerated AI adoption. Invest in employees to learn the AI skills they need to align with this shift.
