Recent management style is demotivating
Salary is higher than other companies in the area.
Management is more focused on using a stick to drive productivity rather than a carrot, which drove my motivation down.
Call out people for their successes more than their failures. You should aim to inspire your workers and help them succeed rather than punish them.
If only the top performers get all the recognition, the other workers will not see the point in aspiring.
