Super chill, low expectations, decent pay.
Application development is very laid back to the point where team members can do nothing and get by. Once you learn Xpresso, life is easy.
Xpresso is more of a framework than a language.
Don't really use CS stills. Don't use it, ya lose it.
Xpresso hinders developer advancement.
Hope to speed up transition to YP (probably won't be much better though).
Since Xpresso is so career-limiting, please stop forcing App Devs out.
I talked to a recruiter at an on-campus career fair and was offered an on-campus interview for the following day. I received an email about 4 days later and was offered an on-site interview for the following week.
I spoke with Workday at my Career Fair and was offered an on-site interview for the next day. The first interview was a 45-minute technical interview, during which we walked through a UML diagram. They contacted me about a week later and invited me
It was a long process, but management was nice, and the recruiter responded quickly. It took over a month to get through three interviews: a behavioral interview and two technical interviews.
