I received an on-campus interview after talking to a recruiter at my school's career fair. I was surprised that the interviewer was just asking me about my resume. I had been expecting to answer more technical questions. I guess with Workday, you get

The interview started with a UML test, conducted over the phone and screen share. The task was to design a system using UML, with a focus on a relational database-based design. Commonly used scenarios included: * Amazon * Ryanair * Ticketmas

It was a very relaxed interview. They asked about any previous projects that I had in college or outside. They wanted me to explain what the projects did and what I would have done differently to make them better.
