Great organization to work for!
No cons. I had a great time there as an intern.
For new grads, the process starts with a technical 1-hour UML diagramming call. This is followed by an in-person 5-hour final round that includes a mix of UML diagramming on a whiteboard and behavioral questions.
The HR representative was rude because I wasn't exactly what they were looking for.
I had multiple rounds of interviews: * Screening call * Tech experience * Technical expertise * Live coding I was given a verbal offer and then ghosted afterwards. I attempted following up on multiple occasions.
