UML interview: It took about an hour and involved a discussion about a model of a bank with two developers. It was a good session; the two developers were really helpful. Like all these models, there is no right or wrong.

The phone interview was good. The interviewer was clear about what to ask and asked subject-related questions. I received the onsite invitation after one week but did not attempt it as I received another offer before that.
