Compensation is below top market, 50% commitment to visit the office, slow career growth, and slow in general, as with all big companies.
Inclusivity is only on paper; a lot of employees get advantages solely because of their nationality.
To improve actual inclusiveness, not race for numbers, but actually improve employees' lives.
