I was asked one day in advance if I was available at a given time. At my interview, they asked some behavioral questions and one straightforward coding question on paper. My interviewer helped me through where necessary.

The interview process has 4 stages. This leads to a long interview process which affected other ongoing interviews. A too-long process with too many stages can be detrimental, especially when candidates are qualified. Fewer stages would be better.
