Pros: WFH policy and flexible schedules really make this company a great place to work. Everyone is friendly, usually willing to help when in need. There's lots to learn. The ability to move up is there if you prove yourself.
Cons: Pay is lower than other companies, though the flexibility and WFH aspects make up for that in my mind.
How good of a fit the company is for you could really depend on what team and manager you have. I lucked out with my team placement, but I have heard other teams are not as good to work on.
