Sometimes it's tough to avoid work following you home at times, with the laptop they provide to devs. However, this isn't pushed by management.

Overall, the experience wasn't good. The first interaction with a recruiter went great; she spent a lot of time asking questions to determine if it was a good fit. After that call, the communication was really sporadic, always through Jobvite emails.
