Process
The interview process involved about seven 30-minute interviews. It felt a bit long, but it was much better than doing a full day onsite. In the end, it was very worth it because it allowed me to get to know so many of my future coworkers.
I was surprisingly impressed by the interview skills of each person. They asked thoughtful and unique questions throughout, which made me actually enjoy the interview process. I left each interview saying, "That was fun!" This had never happened to me before.
