The first interview is over the phone. They ask typical 'get to know you' questions about your background and why you're interested in working for them.
After the first phone interview, there was a Quality Analyst exam that I had to take and submit within 48 hours of receiving it.
After the exam, there was one more phone interview before the onsite interview.
