Pros: Family-like environment; everybody has each other's best interests in mind.

Cons: None. I absolutely loved working here.

Pros: Friendly and helpful colleagues, great free food, beautiful campus.

Cons: Slow-paced, bureaucratic, lacking in agility in spite of all the buzzwords being thrown about.

Pros: Products are impactful. You will work on a meaningful project with business need, and probably see it through to deployment.

Cons: Some members of my team quite literally worked 24 hours a day and knew like nothing about each other. There was no sense of community. Onboarding was incredibly slow and difficult due to bugs from version updates and lack of documentation. The recruiting team does not seem to interface seamlessly with managers/supervisors. The remote environment leads to way less connection with the team and other interns, contributing to a poor feeling about culture.
