Pros: You get to learn a lot, and it is very fun working with very bright young people. I would definitely recommend working for Yahoo. It is such a great place to work.
Cons: Some people have really heavy accents from other countries, so it is very hard to understand what they are saying. So, yeah, that is very stressful if you are used to American English.

Pros: The compensation is good. The perks are good. There is freedom to switch between different Yahoo locations.
Cons: The culture is very boring, and people really don't like to mingle with each other. Everyone works for a 9-5 PM slot.
The atmosphere is not challenging enough, and the policies keep changing too often.
