Pros: First, Yahoo has a great environment, and I had really friendly colleagues during my internship. I learned a lot working and talking with them. The company's culture is quite diverse, and I really enjoyed it. Yahoo also values its employees' health and benefits. A large portion of the food offered at Yahoo is quite healthy, which I believe is important for people working in the IT industry. Also, I had a nice work-life balance, and I had the chance to hit the gym and have fun at night most of the time. Overall, it's a nice place.

Cons: Some internal tools at Yahoo are not really handy. I would suggest they use some really great tools from the open-source community.

Pros: Great company culture. Yahoo cares about its employees. Lots of company pride, activities, events, contests, etc. Higher than average salaries.

Cons: Internally in chaos. Difficult to get anything done. Constantly changing priorities, abandoned projects. If your project nears completion, expect it to be cancelled at the last minute due to new, ever-changing priorities.

Pros: The people are nice and the food is good.

Cons: The culture is good, yet the review process hurt the morale of the people and the management is not great.
