Process
I had one phone screen, then I was invited to an on-site interview. I felt that the interviewers were not interested in interviewing candidates. Some interviewers told me they were not sure what to ask, as they did not work on the team I was interviewing for. It was the worst HR and the worst interview process. I was interviewed for a back-end position, but one interviewer was asking front-end questions.
