Process
The interview process included:
- Two phone interviews, primarily for resume screening with some technical questions.
- One on-site interview with 8-9 people from three different groups, lasting approximately 8-9 hours (including lunch).
- 60% technical problems and whiteboarding.
- 30% questions concerning working experience.
- 10% behavioral questions.
It seemed everyone had their own focuses and interests, covering a broad range of topics.
