- Focus is always on the bottom line; best practices and delivering an excellent product are eschewed for minimum viable products with no further iterations.
Don't be so adverse to risk. Be willing to trust that the extra time and resources dedicated to delivering a high-quality product will result in higher user engagement and revenue long-term.
