Process
I had a great time. My interview consisted of 4 or 5 software interviews, ranging from string manipulation to object-oriented design. None of the questions were terribly difficult, but they often had a twist at the end.
I really enjoyed meeting the team and being shown around. It looked like a great company to work at.

Company tries to hold you by delaying the Green Card process

Pros: 1. Free food.
2. Relaxed work environment.
Cons: 1) I was told my green card process would get started after 3 months of employment. But PERM filing took about 9 months, even that happened after fighting with HR. HR blocked green card processing for almost 4 months by saying Yahoo does the processing in batch mode. Don't trust HR people's words on green card. By giving little money, they want you to be held for at least 3 years. Also, I140 stage processing through premium is not allowed, even if you pay out of your pocket.
2) Poor architectural design; they never care about building right components. They hire C players.
