Pros: - Good place to work - Free food! - Free phones - Great learning experience

Cons: - Difficult to break the mould and do what you want, always. - It's still evolving from the recent layoffs. Eventually, I hope it comes up stronger.

Pros: Good salary and moderate burden; they don't work overtime generally.

Cons: Lots of things to learn: hierarchy, Yahoo tools, and other tools. Your burden depends on the team culture and the projects you are doing. You have to estimate how much time you will need to finish the job and keep track of the process.

Pros: I work with some of the nicest and smartest folks in the industry. The work done here has an impact on the future of the web, and is done at a scale that is definitely uncommon. It's nice to be a part of the history and to have a possible legacy with a worldwide consumer audience. It's also nice to work for a company I don't have to spell to friends and relatives or explain what the company does. Foosball, volleyball, gym, life-balance considerations, and other perks are nice too.

Cons: My commute isn't the greatest, although the shuttle buses are nice.
