Right domain, but not a good company
Internet Domain offers very good technical challenges.
Tools and infrastructure technologies used are outdated and not on par with industry. This causes valuable time to be spent on site up activities rather than developing new capabilities.
Quality of the products is poor. This takes away job satisfaction for quality-conscious engineers.
Performance evaluation is very subjective and mostly tied with visibility.
Please get the performance evaluation right. Rating is very subjective now.
