Great benefits package, fun atmosphere (even if it feels a bit forced at times), flexible management, and relatively open for a company its size. There are plenty of opportunities to suggest ideas to upper management and to be recognized.
The direction of the company has not been clear. Several leadership groups came and went while I was with the company, and all sounded roughly the same, though all claimed to have a much clearer vision. Carol, as an individual, has made an impact on the organization, but it's not clear that she can turn it all around. There is a culture of playing-it-safe that needs to be uprooted.
Keep trimming, keep investing in the things that the company is successful at and where there is growth to be had.
Don't be afraid to admit a bad bet and cut your losses.
I was called directly onsite after I met them during the career fair and had four interviews there. First interview was completely algorithms-based. They asked around 4-5 coding problems, including problems that required one-armed quicksort, binary
They cheated me out of money. They said they would reimburse my travel expenses but did not. Their original itinerary involved flying out at 9 p.m., arriving at 5 a.m., and then flying out at 9 p.m. that night, returning home at 6 a.m. the next morn
There are 4 rounds for the onsite interview. * 3 rounds of coding * 1 round of lunch Most coding problems are easy to medium on LeetCode, except for one graph problem. This problem is supposed to be hard (which is difficult to describe without
