My overall impression from the interview process is more positive than negative. The steps were:

• Screening HR call
• Algorithms
• System design
• Conversation with Team lead

After a short phone call with HR, they sent you a list of topics to prepare. The algorithms interview takes place in an online code editor with syntax highlighting. You may choose any of your favorite programming languages. I've got two tasks (difficulty easy and medium on LeetCode), both of which I solved. Time is limited, so it's better to be prepared. The interviewers were polite and cooperative.

On the system design interview, we designed a service to calculate square roots of numbers, with billing.

A good sign is that they allow you to choose the team from several projects and permit you to switch to another project during the first three months.

Unfortunately, the offer they made was the bare minimum of my expectations. Take this into account and call out huge numbers during HR conversations.
