Process
The interview process involved an online test on their website, followed by an email invitation for an interview. The interview itself was conducted face-to-face, with an HR specialist and the head of the department joining via web conference. They asked me about my job experience and my projects. They also inquired about what could be done to improve communication with their 20,000 drivers across the country. I realized afterward that I didn't have a proper plan for the interview. Following this, there was one more writing test.
