Pros: Clever people around you, many opportunities to grow and train your skills.
Flexible schedule, you can come and go when you want, work 24 hours or work from home.
Interesting projects.
Cons: Can't really remember any cons. Sometimes there is too much rush, as people want to be on schedule.
Not all people are good and willing to help, but this is a big company so it's inevitable, maybe.
