There were three interviews: one via Skype and two face-to-face.

Questions covered web technologies, including:

• PHP (design patterns, new features in version 5.xx)
• MySQL (indexes, queries, engines)
• NoSQL technologies
• Algorithms (time complexity, different sorting algorithms, examples of classical mathematical algorithms)
• Web frameworks (pros and cons of the framework used in daily work processes)

Some management questions were also asked, concerning:

• The development process in your current company and how it is structured
• Version control and bug-tracking systems
• Interactions with other team members (managers, developers, etc.)

The atmosphere was very friendly and enjoyable.
