Process
The interview consists of three stages.
There are also several stages of interviews with teams.
All three initial stages use algorithms.
During the team interviews, they will ask anything.
I advise you to prepare for LeetCode, as it will greatly increase your chances.
Questions
In the first three stages, there were only algorithms.
They are all on Litka, and I also saw a couple on Habr.

Pros: - Rather chilled for me (saw some weekend workers, but haven't ever been forced to join them).
- Stability: A large company that can afford to pay you.
- Interesting tasks in my team.
- Incredible non-salary compensations; health insurance is awesome.
Cons: • Payment is below market from what I heard (maybe will change my mind after connecting to Glassdoor).
• Internal communication sometimes feels cringe and inhuman (it's mostly fine).
