- Rather chilled for me (saw some weekend workers, but haven't ever been forced to join them).
- Stability: A large company that can afford to pay you.
- Interesting tasks in my team.
- Incredible non-salary compensations; health insurance is awesome.
• Payment is below market from what I heard (maybe will change my mind after connecting to Glassdoor). • Internal communication sometimes feels cringe and inhuman (it's mostly fine).
