Pros: - very skilled and professional colleagues
- excellent place to start a career
- good office facilities
- a lot of company events
Cons: - To get any grade/salary raise, you really need to slave away, and it's still not guaranteed.
- Some random aspect during review; your achievements are measured only in comparison to your colleagues within the same business unit. This results in the situation where in one team, you can do almost nothing and get a good bonus, whereas in another team, working really hard is still not enough.
