Process
The process involved a lot of steps, and unfortunately, when going through 4-5 interviews, one interviewer might be "in a bad mood." I was rejected after the 4th round of coding interviews because I wasn't "efficient enough," even though I solved all the tasks presented. The last interviewer was eager to make comments and distract my line of thought with constant corrections, which made me lose concentration and therefore not fit within the time limit. Overall, it was an okay experience, but the interviewing process was too long. Just one biased person can call everything off.
