Pros: A really good place if you like to work overtime. You may create new development tools, which will be integrated into company-wide infrastructure. You can also help improve the quality of the company codebase or create a new machine-learning toolchain that will be used in a search, advertisement, or recommendation engine. If the things you create are really valuable and are in use by others, it will be noticed during your performance review and positively affect your career. It is also a good place to grow as a professional in both software engineering and machine learning. Colleagues are open to exchanging their knowledge with you and helping you improve your skills.

Cons: Since the company is based in Russia, salary is paid in roubles. While it is high in Russia, it may not be enough if you want to regularly travel to Europe.

Pros: Nice company, interesting problems, neat office.

Cons: Cons and pros highly depend on your team and manager.

Pros: You can improve your computer science skills infinitely here. In some sense, it is anarchy here and freedom for software development...

Cons: There are a lot of rather clever guys. From one point, it is a plus, but it is also a minus. "To be better in all senses than others..." – it is rather hard to achieve, but not impossible.
