If the things you create are really valuable and are in use by others, it will be noticed during your performance review and positively affect your career.
It is also a good place to grow as a professional in both software engineering and machine learning. Colleagues are open to exchanging their knowledge with you and helping you improve your skills.
Since the company is based in Russia, salary is paid in roubles. While it is high in Russia, it may not be enough if you want to regularly travel to Europe.
