Process
It was a really nice experience. There were lots of "Lagos" and design questions. The interviewers were great as well – helpful and communicative Human Resources specialists. The only thing was the wait time, which was quite long. I waited 2 weeks between rounds on average.

Good Work, Bad Balance
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Moscow, Moskva, Russia
November 11, 2020
Pros: - There are many different teams, so you can choose something ideal for you.
- Salaries and overall compensation are okay.
- Daily tasks are better than average in the industry.
- You won't be beaten for initiative (mostly).
Cons: Review systems make people nervous. Even if you don't care, people around you do. Work/life balance does not exist. Sometimes people won't hear you. Sometimes your team gets new management or a lead, and you can't change it. The company is very stingy; they will try to save every kopek. No B. U. Alexandrov anymore.
