A very good company for people.
Very hard tasks sometimes.
The interviewer was prepared, and the questions were open. The complexity of the tasks was selected for me. The whole process was shorthand; within 30 minutes, I was given a detailed report on the interview process, outlining my strengths and weakn
There were about four or five interviews: * Talk with HR * Some code interviews at an ascended level of difficulty * Final interview with the project manager and team After all of that, they told me I wasn't experienced enough for this role.
It was not awful. For sure, it is better than it was back then, but still too abstract and far from real-world tasks. Yandex is famous for its algorithmic approach to interviews, and I see they are trying to get rid of this label.
