- The best company to improve your skills, especially if you are a junior software developer.
- Compared to other Russian companies, the culture is great. As long as you are not a manager, in most situations, people around you will be nice and polite.
- The products are great too.
- If you don't want to rush, it's actually easy to have a nice work/life balance in Yandex.
- The company is well-known, so you will always get your next job after working at Yandex.

The review system is bad. There is almost no way to get a high score without mental problems and without ruining your work/life balance. That's the biggest problem.

The Russian market is not the best for making a career.
I know that you don't know how to make it, but please change the review system. It's horrible.
