Overall, it is the most ideal workplace because of a lot of projects and hard technical tasks. Also, the good infrastructure is around, but almost all things are home-brewed.
Some managers are not so much qualified. Some people's communication is not kind. The salary is small. Last year, the company cut off almost all bonuses for employees.
