Still has startup spirit. Excellent atmosphere. Software engineers are the main part of Yandex, so everybody wants you to be happy in your workplace. There are challenging tasks in some parts of Yandex.
Yandex tries to become a corporation. Everybody tries to think about improvement metrics, not actual work. Your mark at performance review depends on your team very much.
Do not lose your engineers. New management tries to do some optimizations, but people are suffering from it.
